Cancellations:
Sounds troubling - and it is! But something can always
crop up so: Please don't forget to take out a Travel
Cancellation Insurance Policy.
In the event of cancellation, we adhere to Austrian
Federal Hotel Guidelines.

Bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit
of EURO 100 - EURO 200 (depending on size) per apartment.
